The alpine nativity set without pedestal comes from Rino Insam of Val Gardena. It is made of precious maple wood and includes about 33 different nativity figures, all carved in wood and available here in the shop, in the following sizes: 10 cm, 12 cm and 14 cm.

A very special crib
The Alpine crib (without pedestal) of Rino Insam moves without further delay the scene of the biblical birth from the distant Bethlehem to a mountain pasture. With a total of 33 figurines, even without pedestal, it is always possible to create new alpine scenes. There Mary kneels next to the little baby Jesus, while Joseph, together with the ox and the donkey, watches over the Holy Family. The visit of the wise kings is already announced, and simple shepherds and their sheeps lie down in front of the manger. A special attraction are the exotic figures of the crib, including the elephant and the camel with their drivers, which can be purchased here in the store.
Executions and dimensions of the Alpine Nativity scene without pedestal
The figurines of the Alpine Nativity come from the carving workshop of Rino Insam in Val Gardena and are proposed in natural, two-coloured and coloured versions. Both as a nativity scene figure and as an animal, every single piece is carved in wood, sanded by hand and finished with love down to the smallest detail. The wooden figurines are available in the following sizes 10 cm, 12 cm and 14 cm, whose reference size should always be taken considering the figure of Joseph standing. In addition, you can order a wooden installation for nativity scenes (without pedestal) that matches the Alpine Nativity that perfectly completes the alpine atmosphere of this Nativity sets.
